Unreal Engine
A showcase of creations I have made within Unreal Engine 5. Many of my skills focus around character and gameplay functionality. I have experience with modular character setups, Chaos cloth and physics assets, materials and shaders, adaptive and procedural animation systems, Blueprint designed interactions, and many more skills within the Unreal Engine. Scripting and Tooling
A highlight of some of my scripting tools. This video mainly covers my Automated Face Rig, Houdini Autorigger, Mesh Exporter, and Rubik’s Cube Maker. In addition to this showcase, I have made or been part of many other scripts within Maya and Houdini. Some other examples include simple control creators for joints, IK/FK joint control chain makers, IK/FK Matching, spline based tools, .xml exporters, and SideFX Labs tools. I have also recently been exploring the experimental Python features within Unreal.
Character Rigging
A showcase of various rigs that I had built throughout my education and early career. Many of these rigs are demonstrations of my understanding of the principles of many aspects of Rigging. I have experience with more complicated subjects that start to blur the line between rigging and animation and gameplay, such as corrective shapes and poses, post process animation blueprints, and Virtual Bone space switching. Many of the more complicated setups are protected by NDA at this time.
Animation
A collection of my hand-keyed animations and animation tests. These examples demonstrate my understanding of several different principles and styles of animation. My background in animation aids me in creating easy-to-use tools, visually accurate manipulated data, and of course the odd animation that needs creating or editing.
